我看着晕，大概意思好像是世界童书翻译家的数据库，好像加入条件是要有两本翻译的书籍出版。

The World Directory of Children’s Book Translators is an initiative developed by the Bologna Children’s Book Fair in cooperation with the INDEX TRANSLATIONUM - UNESCO International Bibliography of Translation.
It is a data base which contains a comprehensive and constantly updated listing of professional translators working in the field of international children’s publishing.
Due to rapid growth in international cultural exchanges and the expansion of the publishing industry, the demand for translation services has increased enormously in recent years. The “World Directory of Children’s Book Translators” aims to help meet this need by bringing together publishers and translators.
The “World Directory of Children’s Book Translators” is available on this website all the year round. Translators who have published at least two books in the field of children’s publishing will be eligible to register, with the exception of languages spoken by small groups of persons or translated by few professionals. The translator database will be searchable by source and target language, mother tongue, country of residence and literary genre.
Translators are invited to make use of this new professional tool by filling in the questionnaire below:
