Snowy Benches
Do parks get lonely
in winter, perhaps,
when benches have only
snow on their laps?
随便贴几首她创作的儿歌:
Caterpillars
What do caterpillars do?
Nothing much but chew and chew.
What do caterpillars know?
Nothing much but how to grow.
They just eat what by and by
Will make them be a butterfly,
But that is more that I an do
However much I chew and chew.
Baby Chick
Peck, peck, peck
on the warm brown egg.
Out comes a neck!
Out comes a leg!
How does a chick,
who's not been about,
discover the trick
of how to get out?
Wise
Whoever planned
the world was wise
to think of land
and seas and skies,
To plan a sun
and moon that could
be made to run
the way they should.
But how did He
have time for all
the things we see
that are so small...
Like flowers in parks
and flakes of snow
and little sparks
the fireflies show?
