如果下文是写他如何mad，我想应该第三个意思更为贴切。
哦，go through with it也不完全是没来得及扔的意思。。你看一下上下文，这段话是说，Sam是个长得挺好看的男孩儿，不过他穿着上特邋遢，他的牛仔裤穿破了都不扔，呵呵，国外很多孩子是这样的，裤子就喜欢一条，天天穿，尤其是teenage的孩子，有点怪癖一样，Sam正是这样的，所以他虽然答应了妈妈要扔那条裤子，但他心里还是过不去，他也就不扔。。所以是拖着不扔。
To top it off，就是总而言之的意思啦。
